Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revelation Inc. AI ("ACE", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the ACE platform and all related services. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. The Service
ACE is an AI-powered content automation platform that creates a digital avatar from your likeness and voice, generates marketing content on your behalf (including video, social media posts, blog posts, email sequences, and graphics), and publishes that content to connected platforms according to your approved schedule.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use ACE. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI-Generated Content
All marketing content produced by ACE (video scripts, social media posts, blog posts, email sequences, landing page copy, and graphics) is generated using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Ownership: You own all AI-generated content produced under your subscription. ACE retains no rights to your generated content after it is delivered to you.
- License to ACE: By uploading photos, video, and voice recordings, you grant ACE a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for creating and operating your avatar. This license terminates when you delete your account.
- Review responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content for accuracy, factual correctness, and regulatory compliance before publication.
5. Biometric Data Consent
ACE collects biometric data (facial geometry from photos/video and voiceprints from voice recordings) to create your AI avatar and voice clone. By using ACE, you consent to this collection and processing as described in our Biometric Data Notice.
You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. Revoking consent will result in the deletion of your biometric data and may limit or terminate your ability to use avatar-related features.
6. Billing & Payments
Monthly Subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Billing Portal in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment Failure
If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. If payment remains outstanding, your account will be suspended until the balance is resolved.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If your avatar fails to render due to our technical error, we will re-render at no charge or provide a prorated credit.
7. Regulated Industries
If you operate in a regulated industry, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations. Regulated industries include but are not limited to:
- Financial services: FINRA advertising rules, SEC regulations, state securities laws
- Insurance: State insurance advertising regulations, NAIC guidelines
- Real estate: Fair Housing Act, NAR advertising guidelines, state licensing disclosure rules
- Healthcare: HIPAA, FDA advertising regulations, state medical advertising laws
- Legal: State bar advertising rules, attorney ethics requirements
ACE provides AI-generated drafts that require your professional review. ACE is not responsible for regulatory violations resulting from content you approve and publish. We strongly recommend having your compliance team review all content before publication.
8. Data Upon Cancellation
- Biometric data (photos, video, voice recordings, trained AI models) is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
- Generated content (videos, posts, blog articles, emails) is retained for 90 days after cancellation to allow you to download your content, then permanently deleted.
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting law.
9. Acceptable Use
Your use of ACE is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
10. Content Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. ACE makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any AI-generated output, including but not limited to statistics, claims, legal statements, financial figures, and industry-specific advice.
You are solely responsible for fact-checking and reviewing all content before publication. ACE provides tools for content review and approval; you should use them before any content goes live.
11. Limitation of Liability
ACE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue from use of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelation Inc. AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ACE. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in English.
