Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the ACE platform by Revelation Inc. AI. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using ACE, you agree to comply with this policy.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use ACE to:
Impersonate Others
Use your AI clone to impersonate someone other than yourself. Your AI avatar must represent you and only you. You may not create an avatar using another person's likeness, voice, or identity.
Violate Regulatory Requirements
Generate content that violates securities regulations (SEC, FINRA), insurance advertising laws (state insurance commissions, NAIC), Fair Housing Act requirements, healthcare advertising regulations (FDA, HIPAA), or any other applicable industry regulations. See Regulated Industries in our Terms of Service.
Create Deepfakes of Non-Consenting Individuals
Create, distribute, or publish deepfake content depicting any individual who has not provided explicit consent. ACE is designed for creating AI content of yourself only.
Remove or Obscure AI Disclosures
Remove, hide, alter, or obscure AI disclosure labels from content published through ACE. These disclosures are required by law and platform policies. See our AI Disclosure Policy.
Spam, Harassment, or Illegal Activity
Use the platform for sending unsolicited bulk messages, harassing or threatening individuals, promoting illegal products or services, or any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
Generate Misleading Testimonials or Fake Reviews
Use ACE to create fabricated customer testimonials, fake reviews, fictitious case studies, or false endorsements. All testimonials and social proof used in your content must be genuine and verifiable.
Use Another Person's Biometric Data Without Consent
Upload photographs, video, or voice recordings of another person without their explicit written consent. All biometric data uploaded to ACE must be your own or must come with documented consent from the individual depicted.
Additional Prohibited Content
You may not use ACE to generate, publish, or distribute content that:
- Is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent
- Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Promotes violence or incites harm against individuals or groups
- Contains or promotes sexually explicit material
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Spreads misinformation or disinformation
- Violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform
Consequences
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a written warning and require corrective action.
- Content removal: We may remove or unpublish content that violates this policy without prior notice.
- Account suspension: We may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate a violation.
- Account termination: For serious or repeated violations, we may permanently terminate your account without refund.
- Reporting to authorities: Where we believe a violation involves illegal activity, we may report it to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Reporting a Violation
If you believe someone is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any relevant evidence.
