ACE by Revelation Inc. AI is committed to transparency about how we use artificial intelligence. This policy explains how AI is used in our platform, what content is AI-generated, and the responsibilities of both ACE and our users.
1. How ACE Uses Artificial Intelligence
ACE uses AI from multiple providers to deliver our service:
Anthropic Claude — Content Generation
Generates video scripts, social media posts, blog posts, email sequences, landing page copy, and e-book content based on your business profile, industry, and brand voice preferences.
ElevenLabs — Voice Synthesis
Clones your voice from recordings you provide and generates speech audio for video narration and audio content using your synthetic voice.
HeyGen — Photo Avatars
Creates photorealistic AI avatars from your photographs for use in marketing graphics and social media images.
Tavus — Video Replicas
Trains a video replica from your training video that can deliver scripted content with your likeness, voice, and mannerisms.
Graphic Generation
Generates marketing graphics including quote cards, carousels, and branded images using AI image generation tools.
2. What Content Is AI-Generated
The following content types produced by ACE are generated using artificial intelligence:
- Video scripts and video content featuring your AI avatar
- Social media posts and captions
- Blog posts and articles
- Email sequences and drip campaigns
- Landing page copy and lead magnet content
- E-book content
- Marketing graphics and branded images
- Voice narration using your AI voice clone
3. Disclosure on Published Content
All content published through ACE includes an AI disclosure. This may take the form of a caption tag, metadata label, or footer notice indicating that the content was created with AI assistance. The specific disclosure format may vary by platform to comply with each platform's policies, but all published content will include a clear indication that AI was involved in its creation.
4. User Responsibilities
As an ACE user, you agree to:
- Not remove AI disclosures: Do not remove, obscure, or alter AI disclosure labels from content published through ACE.
- Review content before publication: AI content is generated as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy and appropriateness before approving it for publication.
- Add industry-specific disclosures: If you operate in a regulated industry, you may need to add additional disclosures beyond what ACE provides. For example, financial advisors may need to include FINRA-required disclaimers, and insurance agents may need state-specific advertising disclosures.
- Be truthful: Do not use ACE to misrepresent AI-generated content as purely human-created when disclosure is required by law or platform policy.
5. FTC Compliance
ACE is designed to comply with Federal Trade Commission guidelines regarding AI-generated content and endorsements:
- No fake testimonials: ACE does not generate fake customer testimonials, fabricated reviews, or fictitious endorsements.
- Transparency: All AI-generated content includes appropriate disclosures so audiences know when content was created with AI assistance.
- Truthful claims: AI-generated content is based on information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that claims in your content are accurate and not misleading.
6. Social Media Platform Compliance
Major social media platforms have their own rules about AI-generated content. ACE respects and complies with these requirements:
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook): AI-generated content is labeled in accordance with Meta's AI content labeling requirements.
- LinkedIn: Content complies with LinkedIn's professional community policies regarding AI-generated content.
- TikTok: AI-generated content is disclosed in accordance with TikTok's synthetic media policy.
- YouTube: AI-generated content is disclosed using YouTube's altered or synthetic content labels.
Platform policies evolve over time. ACE monitors changes to these policies and updates our disclosure practices accordingly.
