Data Deletion Status
Status for data deletion requests submitted through Facebook / Meta app permissions.
No confirmation code provided. If you submitted a data deletion request through Facebook, you should have received a confirmation code along with this URL.
What this means
When you revoke ACE's permissions on Facebook (or request data deletion through Meta), Facebook sends us a deletion request. We immediately disconnect your account tokens so ACE can no longer publish on your behalf, and we schedule full deletion of the data we stored on your behalf within 30 days.
What we delete
- OAuth access tokens for your Facebook Page and connected Instagram account
- Cached Page metadata (Page ID, Page name, linked Instagram Business Account ID)
- Any post records dispatched on your behalf through the connection
What we keep (and why)
- Aggregated, non-personal counters used for service-wide metrics (e.g. total posts published). These contain no personally identifying information.
- Records required by law or for legitimate accounting (invoices, refund records), retained per our Privacy Policy.
